Refund Policies

For all Returns Please fill in the Returns form included in your original order & email to us at sales@beerlessbar.com.au

Once we have received your returns form we will email you a confirmation to return.

 FAULTY GOODS

We check all of our goods thoroughly before posting however we know sometimes mistakes can be made & manufacturer’s faults overlooked.  

We will offer Exchanges/Credit Notes or a refund on full-priced faulty items within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If an exchange cannot be made, we will issue you a store credit or refund for the value of the purchase less the postage for returning the item. All faulty items need to be returned to The Beerless Bar or if you feel it is not safe to do so a photo emailed to us with the returns form. We will then confirm whether we are happy for you do dispose of the item without returning.

  CHANGE OF MIND 

If your recent purchase with us didn’t work out, we offer Exchanges/Credit Notes on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If an exchange cannot be made, we will issue you a store credit. We do not issue refunds for change of mind; please refer to the Australian consumer law for more information. Please note we do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items.
  
Credit Notes will be issued in the form of an online gift card sent by email and are valid for 6 months. Returns will be processed within 2 - 4 business days of receiving them.
  
RETURNS WHICH CANNOT BE SENT BACK TO US

  • Returned outside of the 14 day timeframe
  • Worn, damaged (including make-up / perfume / washed) or tags removed. A tag removed but included will not be accepted.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging
  • Items that are reduced and marked as SALE with a reduced price
